By using our software (herein and thereafter “The Software”), you (herein and thereafter “The Customer”) agrees to this legally binding Software License Agreement (herein and thereafter “The Agreement”) with Matamko.com (herein and thereafter “The Developer”)
Use of License
By purchasing a valid license, The Developer grants The Customer the rights to the lifetime use of The Software on ONE domain.
The Customer has the rights to install a maximum of 2 instances of The Software per domain (unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Developer)
The Customer can continue to download patches, updates or any new versions of The Software released by The Developer over the period of The Customer’s subscription
The Developer does not provide any warranty to The Software and The Customer accepts The Software as is
The Customer cannot transfer the license of The Software to another entity or domain unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Developer
Liability
The Developer will not be liable at any one time for any possible damages arising from the use of The Software. By installing or using The Software, The Customer discharges The Developer of any legal liabilities that might possibly arise from the use of The Software
Upgrading
The Developer reserves the rights to make changes to The Agreement in any new version, upgrades etc for The Software.
Ownership of The Software
By purchasing a valid license of The Software by The Customer, The Developer still owns the copyrights and ownerships of The Software.
The Customer does not have the rights to resell/distribute The Software, in whole or in parts to any other entity without the prior written consent of The Developer.
Modification of The Software
The Customer may modify The Software source codes for his own use only. Even after modification, The Customer cannot resell and/or distribute The Software
